I guess they're right things arn't that bad, if you don't think about them. But its kind of hard, when you mind starts to drift, back, to the unthinkable unbearable brings me down. Drifting little things trigger a long chain long thinking... Everything is a reminder, of what I had, or have now, what can and can't be. I am alone my thoughts are a memory, a memory drifting, lost at sea. The sea with its crashing waves of hate pain loss... loss... And then I think back its what brings me to shore this memory unthinkable unbearable keeps me afloat lets me live lets me drift.

If I close my eyes and count one... two... three... Is it for real? It must be a joke. But why is no one laughing? Am I alone? I feel alone, like all the open space in the world, and I'm just one teeny, tiny, rock. But rocks don't cry, humans do, people do, real people, the kind with sadness a deep sorrow a deep wound. Theres nothing lower than where I am now. The long rusted needles stabbing at my heart. They hurt, so much more than anything felt before. Before, everything was sunshine and rainbows, you could say. speeding down the highway, dodging the bullets coming at me, struggling to go faster, I got to make it on time. Spining out of control no control of my life nothing to hold on to no stopping now. Life is a road of mud, if you slow down you get stuck but if you go too fast, you get no traction, you get nothing back. A Journal Update

Yes, well, it seems that I don't really come on this site anymore. Kind of sad really. I'm not sure where the spark to write went. Poetry was used as more of an outlet for me when I seemed to be down more than ever. But that was the past and now, I feel like things are very much in place. I do enjoy looking at others work, and though this is the first time I've logged in in a long time, I still hope all of you are continuing your work and keeping the passion that has made us at one point friends. I just wanted to stop in and say that I haven't forgotten about DeviantArt. Everything is so busy these days I just don't have time. For all of those that I used to comment on all the time, I am sorry I haven't. You have exceptional work and I am proud of you. My husband will be out of the army soon. An Update

Well I wanted to post and update a little bit. First off I would like to say that I am now happily married to my wonderful husband Will. The picture is posted here on DA. Its such a wonderful feeling to be married to a man who loves you just as much as you love them and they will never hurt you. I love you Will, always and forever you have my heart and soul. Other than that I'm just going to school, working and waiting. I haven't written in a LONG while, not sure if I ever will. we will see how things go.
